Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Sweet Peas, drained 
- 1 avocado, halved & pitted 
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice 
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 
- 5 fresh basil leaves 
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions
- Place peas, avocado and lemon juice in food processor; pulse 5 times or until chopped. Add salt, pepper, basil and oil; pulse about 5 more times until mixed. (For best texture, do not puree.)
- Serve as a dip or sandwich spread.
