Sweet Corn Salsa

1 1⁄2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 medium tomato (diced)
1⁄2 red onion (finely chopped)
1⁄2 c cilantro
1⁄4 c lime juice
1 jalapeño pepper (diced)
1⁄4 c garlic (minced)
3⁄4 tsp salt (or less, if you prefer less salty)
1⁄2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
tortilla chips (for dipping)

Sauté Libby's® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn and olive oil in pan for three minutes or until your preferred cooking time.

Pour into large mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and stir until mixed well. Serve and enjoy!

Can be served warm or cold.
