Shepherd's Pie


Recipe by Mary Sarge 

1 lb ground beef
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1⁄3 c beef broth
1 c cream of mushroom soup
1⁄2 pkg instant mashed potatoes
8 oz shredded pepper jack

1. Brown ground beef and drain. Add in beef broth, brown gravy mix and cream of mushroom soup. Set aside. 

2. In a baking dish, add peas, green beans and corn. 

3. Layer the beef mixture on top of the vegetables.

4. Add your cooked instant mashed potatoes and pepper jack cheese.

5. Bake at 350 degreed for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

6. Enjoy!
