Secret-Ingredient Green Smoothie

Serves 3-4

1 can (15 oz.) Libby's® Sweet Peas (drained and rinsed)
1 banana (frozen)
1 c fresh spinach (or kale)
1⁄2 c frozen pineapple (or frozen mango chunks)
1 1⁄2 c coconut milk
1⁄4 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tsp chia seeds

Add 1 cup coconut milk to blender. Then add spinach or kale, followed by banana, mango or pineapple, Libby's® Sweet Peas, ground flax and ground ginger.

Blend until smooth, adding additional ½ cup coconut milk if needed.

Divide into two large glasses and serve immediately; top with the chia seeds.
