Salmon and Dill Green Bean Salad

Serves 6


1 1⁄2 lb pounds cooked salmon (flaked)
1⁄4 c cup fresh dill (chopped)
1⁄2 small red onion (diced)
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1⁄4 tsp black pepper
1⁄4 tsp salt

Add all ingredients in large bowl and gently toss together until well mixed. Serve with whole grain, like brown rice, whole wheat couscous or pumpernickel bread.
