Fried Quinoa with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Mixed Vegetables, drained

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

1. Cook quinoa according to directions in large pot.

2. Stir in vegetables, soy sauce and ginger. Serve warm.
