Green Wheels and Ham Sandwiches


Serves 4

4 wheat flour tortillas (7-inch) or whole wheat flatbread
4 spreadable cheese product wedges (like laughing cow) or 4 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
1 lb ham sliced
1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby’s® Cut Green Beans (drained and rinsed)

Lay out one tortilla. Spread cheese over tortilla. Lay 3-4 slices of ham over cheese. Sprinkle about 1/3 cup beans evenly over the ham, arranging so most will be horizontal and lay flat when rolled. Roll up the tortilla. Slice in four equal pinwheel pieces. Repeat with other 3 tortillas.
