Easy Chicken Pot Pie

2 c diced cooked chicken breast
10 1⁄2 oz cream of chicken soup
1⁄4 tsp thyme
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1⁄4 c milk
1 can refrigerated biscuits
2 tbsp melted butter
fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix Libby's® Mixed Vegetables, chicken, soup, milk and seasoning in large bowl.

Spread into 2 quart baking dish.

Cut biscuits in quarters and place overtop of chicken mixture.

Brush with butter.

Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Serve and enjoy!
