Creamy Potato Carrot Mash

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Whole White Potatoes, drained

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's Sliced Carrots, drained

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

In medium pan, add potatoes and carrots. Heat over medium until warm. Mash, then add cream cheese, butter, cream, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
