Creamed Sweet Pea Casserole

Cook time: 20-30 min.
Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in flour to form paste and cook for 1 minute.
Whisk in chicken broth, cooking over medium heat until sauce comes to boil and begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, onion powder, salt and pepper. Fold in Libby’s® Sweet Peas.
Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with french fried onions.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
