Ingredients
1 can (29 oz.) Libby's Jumbo-can Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven 350°F.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
3. Bake 45 minutes.
