Bavarian Kraut and Pork Goulash

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork chops

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 white onion, diced

  • 1 green pepper diced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 8 ounces spiral pasta, cooked

  • 1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste

  • 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Bavarian Style Sauerkraut

Instructions

1. In pan over medium, cook pork in oil until browned and cooked nearly through. Add onions, green pepper and paprika; cook 3 minutes. Remove pork and dice.

2.  In large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, pork mixture, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, brown sugar, garlic powder and undrained sauerkraut.
