30 Minute Beef Vegetable Soup

Serves 6-8

Cook time: 20 min.

1 small onion (chopped)
1 lb ground beef
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
2 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c water
3 tsp beef bouillon (or enough bouillon for 3 c.)
2 c chopped cabbage
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1⁄2 tsp salt or to taste

Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add chopped onion and ground beef in pot. Heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, beef bouillon. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Stir in cabbage, Libby's® Mixed Vegetables and Libby's® Green Beans. Place lid on pot cook for approximately 5 minutes until cabbage is cooked through. Serve immediately and enjoy.
