Tempura Green Beans

By Buzzfeed

Tempura Green Beans are a crispy, flavorful twist on a classic vegetable side dish. Libby’s Cut Green Beans are quickly charred in a hot pan, then tossed with golden-brown garlic for a savory depth of flavor. The beans are drizzled with a creamy, spicy sriracha mayo, and topped with crunchy tempura flakes for added texture. A final sprinkle of fresh scallions adds a pop of color and a mild oniony bite. Optional eel sauce can be drizzled on top for an extra layer of umami. This dish is perfect as a side or a light appetizer.
