  • 1/4 cup sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 piece (1/2 inch) ginger, peeled and minced

  • 4 ounces cooked soba noodles

  • 1 vegetable cup (4 oz.) Libby's Cut Green Beans, drained

  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

  • Optional addition: try adding a dash of gochujang sauce for a little extra spice!
