Ingredients

1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 piece (1/2 inch) ginger, peeled and minced
4 ounces cooked soba noodles
1 vegetable cup (4 oz.) Libby's Cut Green Beans, drained
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Optional addition: try adding a dash of gochujang sauce for a little extra spice!
