Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sweet cream butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 cans (14.5 oz.) Libby’s Sliced Carrots, drained

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

  • Optional: 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for garnish

  • 1/4 cup sweet cream butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Melt butter in oven-safe skillet over medium. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring often. Add honey, carrots, salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat.
  3. Add pan to oven and roast 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer to serving dish. Top with parsley, if desired.
