2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 large carrots, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
1 cup vegetable juice
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (27 oz.) Libby's Jumbo-Can Crispy Sauerkraut, drained
14 ounces kielbasa, sliced
2 cans (15 oz. each) cannelli beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions
- In a large stockpot, heat oil over medium-high. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in paprika and pepper. Add broth, vegetable juice, tomatoes, sauerkraut, and kielbasa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add beans and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
