3 cans (14.5 oz. each) Libby's French Style Green Beans, drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano
1/4 cup minced fresh Italian parsley (plus more for garnish)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup package (5 oz.) seasoned croutons
1/2 cup vegetable stock
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large casserole dish, add green beans, oil, black pepper, oregano, parsley, and garlic. Gently mix to combine.
- In a medium bowl, add croutons, stock, and lemon juice. Mix and let sit 5 minutes for croutons to absorb liquid.
- Add moist croutons on top of green beans. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley.
