  • 3 cans (14.5 oz. each) Libby's French Style Green Beans, drained

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano

  • 1/4 cup minced fresh Italian parsley (plus more for garnish)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup package (5 oz.) seasoned croutons

  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 3 cans (14.5 oz. each) Libby's French Style Green Beans, drained

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano

  • 1/4 cup minced fresh Italian parsley (plus more for garnish)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large casserole dish, add green beans, oil, black pepper, oregano, parsley, and garlic. Gently mix to combine.
  3. In a medium bowl, add croutons, stock, and lemon juice. Mix and let sit 5 minutes for croutons to absorb liquid.
  4. Add moist croutons on top of green beans. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Garnish with parsley.
