Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1 small yellow onion, diced
8 ounces fresh Bella Mushrooms, diced
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 cup whipping cream
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
3 cans (14.5 oz each) Libby's French Style Green Beans, drained
1 1/2 cup crispy onions

Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Mix in flour and garlic, stir until it begins to thicken.
- Pour in stock and cream. Add soup, black pepper, allspice, thyme, and both cheeses. Continuously stir until combined. Mix in green beans until well coated.
- Add green bean mixture to a 2-quart casserole or glass baking dish and top with crispy onions. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until onions are golden brown.
