Libby’s Sweet Corn is seasonally grown and harvested fresh at the peak of ripeness. “Seasonally grown” means that every year, typically in May, we plant our Sweet Corn and then let it grow and mature through the summer months until August when the harvest begins. In a typical year all of our corn is harvested and prepared, sealing in its naturally sweet flavor and bright golden yellow color by October.
