Hearty Corn Bisque


Serves 4

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion (chopped)
1⁄2 tsp dried sage
1 1⁄2 c low-fat milk
1 c chopped cooked ham (about 6 ounces)
1 tbsp parsley flakes

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and sage; cook about 5 minutes or until onion is soft. Add corn, potatoes and milk; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in ham and parsley.
