1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
4 large bibb lettuce leaves
2 cups cooked rice
2 vegetable cups (4 oz.) Libby's Diced Carrots, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
- In medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, water, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, ginger, onion power, and garlic until well combined.
- Add chicken and stir to coat.
- Assemble lettuce wraps by layering rice, chicken, carrots and cilantro on lettuce leaf.
