Bean and Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's Shellie Beans, drained

  • 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans/chickpeas, drained

  • 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives

  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice

  • 1 small red onion, diced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

Add all ingredients to large bowl, mix well. Serve room-temperature or can be chilled.
