Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a pie dish or round cake pan by spraying with cooking spray or lightly rubbing oil all over the bottom and sides.
- Heat oil in a small pan over medium . Sauté onions for 3-5 minutes or until translucent. Add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, cottage cheese, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese until well blended. Add the sauteed onions and green beans; gently whisk until well combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until set in the middle.
