Creamy Pea and Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces shell pasta (or other small pasta)
- 8 slices bacon, diced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) Libby’s Naturals Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz.) Libby’s Naturals Sweet Peas, drained
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Stir in pasta and cook according to directions until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel-lined plate.
- In large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta, bacon, corn, peas, bell pepper, onion and cilantro. Mix together until well coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir again just before serving.
