Ingredients
1/4 cup sweet cream butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons honey
2 cans (14.5 oz.) Libby’s Sliced Carrots, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Optional: 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Melt butter in oven-safe skillet over medium. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring often. Add honey, carrots, salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat.
- Add pan to oven and roast 15 minutes.
- Transfer to serving dish. Top with parsley, if desired.
