  • 3 cans (15.25 oz.) Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained

  • 1 roll Ritz Crackers, crushed

  • 3 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

1. Preheat oven 350°F.

2. Combine corn, crackers, eggs, pepper, and 1 cup cheddar cheese in large baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
